One of my longest term clients was a non-profit in Ohio that taught students, K-8, about creative problem solving. I held many roles with the organization including Director of Technology and Project Coordinator. I was the previous Executive Director's go to person and I earned the nickname, "Shazam" because whenever she needed something, she'd give me a call and 'shazam' it was done. It didn't what, whether it was a website feature, or a technical issue, or a graphic design request, or data analysis, I was there and I delivered.
I have helped many start-ups with all of their many needs. I've done everything from creating vision, mission, and values, to creating their logo and website, to SWOT and competitive marketing analysis. I've developed marketing strategies and programs, helped with HR policies and training, and helped clients define their business and markets. No matter what area I'm helping in I always have great ideas, suggestions, and insight. I love helping people be successful. Examine my values page and you'll get some insight into me.

A Level 5 Leader is a person who focuses on the team, on the project, not on their potential gains from taking on a leadership role. Someone who puts the project, the team, before themselves. These types of leaders produce the best results not only in terms of output, but in terms of team performance and employee job satisfaction.
Positive Psychology is a passion of mine. Helping people to be happy and to flourish and to see things in a different life is the most rewarding work I do. My positive attitude is contagious and I'm always looking focusing on solutions, not problems, because what is most important is not what happens to us but how we deal with it.
