During my tenure at Ciba-Corning / Chiron / Bayer Diagnostics we changed ownership twice. I saw first-hand how companies and cultures try to come together. Unfortunately, some of the transitions and events were very rocky and they did not help the organization. So my on the job training in OD allowed me to learn from some of their mistakes. I firmly believe you can learn from the bad just as much as the good.
The key in Organizational Development is the people. It's always about the people and communicating effectively. You need to have a clear vision that is easy to communicate and understand and you have to get people engaged so that they care and will contribute. It is essential to be proactive and to have organizational development plans in every organization.
Positive Psychology and Organizational Development are two areas where I will always be learning and incorporating the best parts into my work. Organizational Development and Human Resources go hand and hand and I love being involved with helping teams and helping people.

A Level 5 Leader is a person who focuses on the team, on the project, not on their potential gains from taking on a leadership role. Someone who puts the project, the team, before themselves. These types of leaders produce the best results not only in terms of output, but in terms of team performance and employee job satisfaction.
Positive Psychology is a passion of mine. Helping people to be happy and to flourish and to see things in a different life is the most rewarding work I do. My positive attitude is contagious and I'm always looking focusing on solutions, not problems, because what is most important is not what happens to us but how we deal with it.
